Releases for Digital.ai App Management will be conducted between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM EST. Releases during these scheduled windows usually do not impact usage, although there may occasionally be brief periods when service is unavailable.

Digital.ai will provide at least two weeks prior notice of any changes to the Release Window schedule or for any service-impacting maintenance, except emergency security-related maintenance, for which Digital.ai will provide as much prior notice as possible.
