Deploy UI giving a blank page after upgrade to 22.1.x

Issue

Blank Deploy screen after login (both as AD user as well as local admin user).

Cause

Pendo plugin missing

Steps to Recreate

Remove the Pendo plugin and try to start Deploy 22.1.x
Once you start, log in as admin and see the Browser developer tools > Console

Restart Deploy
