Affected Products & Versions

Noticed in Release 10.2.6, 10.3.7, 22.0.x

Cause

One of the causes is inputting a base64 encoded password, which is encoded outside of the Release system, in a password variable.

Workaround/Resolution Action

Try deleting the problematic template and release using the below steps -

  1. Go to <RELEASE_domain_name>/#/support as admin user
  2. Enter the Template / Release id in the Delete release section
  3. Click on Delete

Important

Please verify whether the template/release id is correct before deleting them.
