Issue: Unable to close sprint as Sprint Close button is not visible in Agility

Issue

Unable to close sprint

Reason

• Check in the project navigator if it is configured for a single-level view
• Please remove the single-level view
• If no other backlog shows in the grid, then the most likely issue here is that there is an open Backlog in the same Sprint but in a project at another level outside of the hierarchy that is being filtered on

Workaround/Resolution

1. From the While in Closed Sprint UI, in the Closed Items in the Backlog section, add the Sprint column to the grid
2. Hover over the Sprint name, and a details box will pop up
3. Click on the Sprint name and it will take you to the details view of the Sprint
4. Click on the Backlog Items (Story) and/or Defects link above, or click on the Relationships button to view the Backlog Items and Defects section of the Sprint Details
5. Check to see what Backlog is not closed (no strike-thru in the title)
6. You can also add the Project column to the grid to see what project the backlog is in, so you can filter the Project Navigator accordingly
