Issue: External application cannot authenticate to Agility using a token.

Issue

When connecting to Agility from Inflectra SpiraTeam via a token a 401 unauthorized error is returned as a failure message.

Using an outside application to run your integration, the account used in the outside application needs to match a valid account in Agility. You need to create an account in Agility called accesstoken then give that account access to all of the necessary planning levels. Once you have done that, you can login as that account in Agility and get the access token. You can then use the token in the API call to Agility.
