Issue

The customers are required to use an OAuth token before connecting to ServiceNow URL.

Affected Products & Versions

ServiceNow plugin version 10.0.0

Workaround/Resolution Action

We have officially released versions of the plugin with the OAuth token:

  • xlr-servicenow-plugin-22.1.0
  • xlr-servicenow-plugin-10.3.1
  • xlr-servicenow-plugin-10.1.2
  • xlr-servicenow-plugin-10.0.2
