Question: Is TDE Supported for Agility Database Encryption?

Question

Are we able to encrypt the Agility SQL-Server database using TDE?

Answer

TDE in SQL is an option that will work, however, it may have an adverse effect on performance. We use encryption at rest in our hosted infrastructure and it has not caused issues with upgrades/updates.
