Issue
When a user adds a Team member to the respective project without a capacity value, an error message shows:
There is no capacity of work assigned to this member on this team.
Add capacity to keep member in the list or the member will be removed when refreshed

The application is working as designed
Workaround/Resolution Action
With Capacity Planning, including adding the Members and their capacity, it's always planned and entered at the specific Planning Level that you have selected, in which the work is to be completed. You are required to select the Members and enter in their capacity. This is because you are now planning the capacity for the new Planning Level
The message indicates that there are no capacity hours assigned to this member that you are trying to add. You need to enter a number in that field. You can enter a "1" in that field. Then press Save.
