How to: Manage Personal Views in Digital.ai Intelligence

Overview

Intelligence users may save a Personal View of a dashboard (Dossier) state that includes selections such as filters/selectors, and sorting. You return to this preset view of the dashboard from the My Subscriptions list.

Create a Personal View

1. Select the filter and/or sort options you want to save
2. From the menu bar, select File > Create Personal View
   
3. Give the view a name
   
4. Click OK

Run a Personal View

1. From the Landing Page, point at the logo in the upper left corner and click on the black triangle
   
2. Select My Subscriptions
   
   Note: This is the same list that shows any report delivery subscriptions
3. Click on the subscription name that you want to run
   

Remove a Personal View

1. From the Landing Page, point at the logo in the upper left corner and click on the black triangle
   
2. Select My Subscriptions
   
   Note: This is the same list that shows any report delivery subscriptions
3. Click the check box at the right of the subscription name(s) in the list that you want to remove
4. Click Unsubscribe
