I signed up for a trial of Digital.AI Agility. It has been a long while since I last accessed it and now it is offline. How can I get access back into my trial? Will I have access to my old data?
Answer
Digital.AI Agility Trial instances are valid for 14 days. If it has been longer than that time, your instance has been taken offline.
You can visit that Agility Trial webpage to request a new instance.
Regarding your old data, if it has been longer than sixty (60) days since your instance was taken offline, we do not have access to your old data. We do not keep backups for longer than that.
