Agility product support and release policy

Product versions are supported for Current Release and for 2 major versions back (see table below). 

A Major Release for Agility refers to the quarterly release number, so 24.3 would be a major release, and 24.3.5 would be a minor release, or Point Release. 

Major Releases are normally Seasonal, meaning xx.0 is the Winter release, xx.1 is the Spring release, etc.

The xx.0 release also will be the first major release of the Annual cycle, so the xx will reflect the current year.

Standard process for Agility is to release a new Point Release every two weeks. This can be affected by testing cycles, holidays, or emergency releases.

We strongly recommend that:

• Hosted (SaaS) instances update with each point release during the batch updates on Saturday of the PR week..
• Self-Hosted instances should download and upgrade their instance as soon as the update is made available.

For Agility instances that are no longer i the supported state, we will provide limited support, up to the point where the only way to fix an issue is to upgrade. If you have questions and you are on an unsupported release, please open a ticket through the support portal.
