How to: Assign Admin Privileges Role to an Existing Agility Member

Overview

Follow these steps to assign or change an existing Agility member's Admin Privileges role (to increase or decrease their system access).

Steps

  1. From the Admin configuration menu, locate the Members section in the list

  2. Click on the Members option, in this section

  3. Locate the Member, who's "Admin Role" is being updated

  4. Click the Edit button, next to the Member's name

  5. In the Member Details window, select a role from the Admin Privileges drop-down list.

    Note that the "Team Member" role is recommended for most users, as it provides access to the most commonly used areas of the system

  6. Click Save
