Release Windows for Digital.ai App Management Q4-20 - Q1-21
Releases will be conducted between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM EST. Releases conducted during these scheduled windows normally do not impact usage, although there may occasionally be brief periods where service is unavailable.

Digital.ai will provide at least two weeks prior notice of any changes to the Release Window schedule or for any service-impacting maintenance, with the exception of emergency security-related maintenance for which Digital.ai will provide as much prior notice as possible.
