How to: View all tickets in your organization and receive updates

  1. Request access to view all of your organization's tickets if you don't already have it
    1. Submit a request and ask to be able to "view all tickets for my organization"
  2. Click on your name in the upper right corner
  3. Select My activities

  4. Click on Organization requests
    2-Org_Requests.png
  5. Click Follow
    3-Follow.png

You will now receive email notifications for all updates to tickets in your organization
