How to: Group Attribute values in a Digital.ai Intelligence Dossier

Overview

The Grouping command in Digital.ai Intelligence allows you to combine multiple attribute values into one group. This can be useful when you have many values, such as Enterprise Applications, and want to condense them into broader groups.

The example below groups Task Priorities 1, 2, into one group and 3 and 4 into another.

Steps to follow

1. Select the data rows for the first group and right-click on one of them
2. Select Group
   
3. Enter a Group name
4. Click Save
   
5. Select the data rows for the second group and right-click on one of them
6. Select Group
7. Enter a Group Name
8. Click Save
9. Priority now contains two grouped values
   
10. Optionally, click on the triangle to the right of the column label
11. Select Rename
    
12. Select and delete "(Group)"
13. Click Save
    
14. Original label is restored
