Share a team dashboard with another Digital.ai Intelligence user

1. Save dashboard to a folder in Shared Insights
   
2. Communicate the name of the dashboard to the Numerify user or provide a link
1. Navigate to the dashboard you want to share, typically in a folder below the Shared Reports folder
2. Right-click on the dashboard icon and select Share
   
3. Click on Share By Email
   
4. Send the newly created message with the dashboard URL to the colleagues with whom you want to share
3. If you are unsure if someone has an account, you can check by searching for them
1. Right-click on a dashboard icon and select Share
2. Type all or part of a user's name in the text box
   

Share a personal dashboard with another Intelligence user

If you save a dashboard in the default My Reports folder, no one but you has access unless you define who has access and what level of access they have.

1. Navigate to the dashboard you want to share
2. Right-click on the dashboard icon and select Share
   
3. Type all or part of a user's name in the text box
   
4. Select the name to insert it in the box
5. Continue adding names until done
6. Click drop-down list to select level of access
   1. View, Modify, or Full control
7. Click Add
