I do not receive email updates for support tickets
Reason
This is almost always caused by a spam filter in your email server or client.
Solution
Digital.ai Support uses the address support@digital.ai to communicate with you.
- Please ask your email admins to whitelist the digital.ai domain.
- If possible, add a whitelist entry to your email client for digital.ai.
- Check your spam folder for previously missed emails
