Issue: No default user credentials found pop up error when logging into Deploy

Issue

When logging into Deploy, users will see a pop-up error: No default user credentials found for ID: in the top right corner of the screen.  This error does not affect performance or normal functionality.

Reason

There are two possible causes:

  1. No default user profile information in Username -> User Profile -> Git Repository.  The following fields must be filled in:
    • Credential Label
    • Repository Username
    • Repository Email
    • Password
    • Passphrase (if any)
  2. Incorrect GIT credentials used for Git Repo in GitOps > Git Sources > Edit.  If you have configured any GitOps sources, the username and password fields need to be updated.  If you are not using any Git source for Stitch rules, please delete the source.

Workarounds/Resolution

  1. Go to User Profile in the top right corner of the screen.  Fill in the information from above.
  2. On the left pane under "Stitch," click Git Ops > Git Sources.  Configure or delete the source.
