Interactive Information and Feedback in Release and Deploy

Overview

To provide a better user experience, Release and Deploy use the Pendo.io integration to deliver release notes, interactive feature tours, and to gather anonymous insights on feature adoption.

Users will see contextual guides, walkthroughs, tooltips, and pop-ups within their product interfaces.

Guides

These guides can help onboard new users, highlight key features, or aid in using complex functionalities.

Surveys

In addition, there are surveys that help us understand user sentiment and preferences with the goal of identifying areas for improvement and making product decisions.

Surveys may appear when you perform certain actions or when navigating to a particular page.

Opting Out

If you want to opt-out or not participate in a survey you may:

• Click on the X in the upper right corner of the pop-up window to close. This will dismiss this survey for a session.  If closed in this way, the survey may return in a subsequent login. 
• Click on the button that says Do not show again.  This survey will not appear again if you choose this option.
